Movibell s.r.l. ("Movibell") knows that privacy is an important factor. We are committed to providing transparency in our privacy and data control practices in connection with the Movibell Services (as defined in the Movibell Terms of Service). This Privacy Policy covers how Movibell handles personal information ("Personal Information") and other data that Movibell collects when you access Movibell's Services. Services are not available for people under the age of 13.

Personal Information Provided to Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Services or provide to us in any other way. The types of Personal Information collected may include your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, Twitter and/or Facebook username, location, usage information regarding your use of our Services, and browser information. We automatically receive your location when you use the Services. We use several technologies to determine location, such as location services from the applicable operating system or browser and sensor data from the device that can, for example, provide information about nearby Wi-Fi access points and cellular towers. The Personal Information you provide is used for purposes such as allowing you to set up a user account and profile that can be used to interact with other users through the Services, improving the content of the Services, customizing the advertising and content you and your friends see (including Movibell or third-party advertising or content), and notifying you of special offers and new features. Your Services account will be associated with your email (and possibly a phone number) and the account will be used for all of our Services that you use. Information provided to one of our Services may be used with other Services that you or your friends use. For example, location information that we receive in connection with the use of one of our applications can be used to personalize the content that you and your friends see in another of our applications. We may also draw on this Personal Information in order to tailor our community Services to user needs, to research the effectiveness of our network and Services, and to develop new tools for the community.
- Automatically Collected Information: When you use the Services, Movibell automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser or mobile platform, including location, IP address, browser type, operating information, mobile operator, application and device ID, cookie information, and requested page(see Cookie Policy). We treat this data as Non-Personal Information unless we are required to do otherwise by applicable law. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, Movibell only uses data in aggregate form. We may provide aggregate information to our partners about our users, collectively, use our Services, so that our partners can also understand how often people use their services and our Services.
- Information we receive from third parties: we receive and store information from third parties who interact in some way with the Services or who provide services to us in connection with the Services. In addition, you may choose to use applications that share Personal Information, activities, and/or content with Movibell. Please read the privacy policy of any application so that you understand how it is shared.

Personal Information about our users is an integral part of our business. We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information, although, as more fully described in the section below, publicly available information about you is available to third parties and we may provide it to third parties, licensed or otherwise. Movibell may share Personal Information only as described in this Privacy Policy and related documents.
- Companies you follow on Movibell: Followers can view publicly available information and you can view publicly available information about the users you follow.
-Persons reading this information may use it or disclose it to others or entities without your control and without your knowledge. We therefore invite you to think carefully about specific information that you may consider confidential in comments, plans or advice, or other content (placement or otherwise) that you create in the Services.
- Activities, Locations, Events and Brands: one of the main purposes of the Services is to help users learn about activities, locations, events and brands, which are relevant to them and to help these entities provide users with information about themselves, their locations and events, as well as to reward users when they visit their location or event through special offers and deals. Upon visiting a particular location that is an 'established location,' your visits are shared with that location in order to provide better services. In addition, brands may have access to aggregate and anonymous data, such as anonymous data on places visited by followers (i.e., not linked to individual users).
- Publicly available information: when using the Services, some information is public, such as a user's public profile information, recommendations, likes, saved things, public photos, lists that you create and save, likes, badges, and lists of friends and/or followers (as available for a particular Service), and may be searchable by search engines and shared or disclosed to third parties. We may also share or disclose aggregate and anonymous data, such as anonymous check-in data (i.e., not linked to individual users), to third parties, including users you may follow.
- Agents: We use other people and companies to perform operations on our behalf and the need to share your information with them to provide products or services. Our agents have no right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to cooperate with us and provide an appropriate level of protection for Personal Information.

Determine your location-Services deal with positioning and therefore need to know the user's location in order to function. Whenever you open and use/interact with our applications on your mobile device or go to one of our Sites, we use location information from your mobile device or browser (e.g., latitude and longitude) to tailor your experience of the Services to your current location (e.g., we will show you a list of nearby locations, friends, and recommendations). This information is NOT shared with others. In addition, the Services use the 'background positioning' of the mobile device to provide the Services, including sending notifications of interesting tips/friends/plans/things etc. near the user. If you have 'background positioning' turned on, the Movibell application, from time to time, will give us the location of the device even if you do not interact directly with the application. Sharing Location with the Movibell app - The user's real-time location is not shared on the Movibell app. If you write a comment, like or otherwise interact with a post, users might infer that you have been in that location.

The Services include several features that may allow you to share information with others. Please note that if you choose to provide Personal Information with certain features of the Services, that information may be available to the broader Services community or may be posted on our sites, which is subject to indexing by third-party search engines. Sharing with partners in connection with business divestments and for the protection of Movibell and others:
- Our partners: In addition to the data sharing described above, we enter into relationships with a variety of enterprises and work closely with them. In certain situations, these companies provide services, sell items, or provide the promotions through the Services. In other situations, Movibell provides services or sells products in cooperation with these companies. You can easily recognize when one of these businesses is associated with the transaction and we will share Personal Information that is related to such transactions with that business.
- Business Divestiture: If Movibell or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that Movibell goes out of business or enters bankruptcy proceedings, the user information represents one of the assets being divested or acquired by a third party.
- Protection of Movibell and Others: We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law, including laws outside your country of residence; enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Movibell, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations (including those outside one's home country) for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Membership in the Services implies acceptance of receipt of commercial e mails from Movibell or third parties. Legal notices, such as notices regarding this Privacy Policy, will continue to govern your use of the Services, and you are responsible for consulting changes to such legal notices. We may receive a confirmation when the user opens an e mail from Movibell if the computer supports this type of program. Movibell uses this confirmation to help us make e mails more interesting and useful and to improve our service. Cookies and similar technologies Movibell and its agents may use technologies such as cookies, pixels, and local storage (such as in your browser or device, which is similar to a cookie but contains more information) on our site, in our emails, and identifiers provided by app platform companies as part of our apps to provide a range of products and services. You will be able to control cookies through your browser settings and other tools. By continuing to use our Services through your computer or mobile device, you consent to our use of cookies, pixels, and local storage in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Before you start using cookies or other technologies Movibell will issue the Movibell Cookies Policy. We may work with advertisers or other advertising partners and service providers to deliver ads or services to computers, cell phones, or other devices, which may use a cookie, pixel, or other similar technology placed by Movibell or a third party (although we would not share with an advertiser any other information that identifies you). This Privacy Policy and Movibell's future Cookies Policy covers and will cover the use of cookies by Movibell and its service providers and does not cover or will cover the use of cookies by advertisers.

Personal Information in the user's Movibell account is protected by a password for privacy and security. You should prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by choosing and protecting your password appropriately and restricting access to your computer and browser by logging off after you have finished accessing your account. Movibell strives to safeguard user information to ensure that user account information is private. However, Movibell cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized access or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors can compromise the security of user information at any time. The services may contain links to other sites. Movibell is not responsible for the privacy policy and/or procedures of other sites. When linking to another site, we recommend that you read the privacy policy posted on the site. This Privacy Policy governs only information collected on the Services. International Users This site is operated on our servers in Italy. Therefore, the user's information may be processed and stored in Italy. As a result, the Italian governmental authority, judicial authority, or law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to obtain disclosure of the information through the laws in force in Italy. Your use of the Sites or Services or submission by you of any Personal Information will constitute your consent to the transfer of your Personal Information outside of your country, including Italy, which may have different data protection rules than in your country.

Movibell provides access to the following information about you for the purpose of viewing and, in certain situations, updating that information and ensuring that such information is accurate and complete. This service information can be accessed by visiting the user settings page. This list varies with changes in our Service.

- Password
- E-mail address
- Other user profile information (e.g., city, photo)
- Usage information (e.g., channel history)

Should you decide to delete your account on Services, you may do so by making a request through the email [email protected]. If you cancel your account, your profile, including your action history, badges you have received, user contributions (as defined in Movibell's Terms of Service), and promotional offers you have received, will be removed from the site and deleted from Movibell's servers. Because of the way we maintain Movibell, deletion may not be immediate and residual copies of user profile information or messages may remain on the backup media for up to ninety (90) days.

Even after removing account or profile information, copies of that information may remain visible elsewhere, to the extent that it has been shared with others or otherwise distributed according to one's privacy settings or has been copied or stored by other users. Removed and deleted information may remain on the backup media for up to ninety (90) days before being deleted from our servers.

Movibell may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of the information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make any material changes to the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Services or sending an email.
